Horizontal sheet transport

  • Number of magnets depends of the thickness of the sheet – the thinner the sheets the more magnets

  • When using more than 2 magnets a balancer comes into use. This is necessary that the magnets can follow the bowing of the sheets.

  • Magnet distance adjustments for the different lengths of sheets necessary. Adjustment either by adjustable convey wagons or by a telescopic traverse.

  • Use of two trolleys by a sheet length of more than 8 m. This ensures that one trolley can also take up shorter sheets. Those cranes have an universal use
